About ClearDebt
ClearDebt have been helping people out of debt since 2004. Our founding principle?
To provide a safe place for people in debt to come for help and guidance – guaranteeing a transparent and ethical service at all times.
Why choose us
Most IVA providers can’t help people with debts of less than £10,000 – £15,000 or more.
ClearDebt don’t just help people in debt, we also campaign on their behalf to improve the way they are treated by the financial services businesses, including the banks, mortgage providers and credit card companies.
We regularly take part in debates within the industry and often discuss topical issues on our blog.
We can help
Here at ClearDebt, we propose and administer Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). We only provide advice on the basis that there is reasonable contemplation of an insolvency appointment, once it is apparent that an IVA is likely to be the most appropriate debt solution.
We list the fees for the services we provide on the pages about each service. When you speak to us we always inform you of both the advantages and disadvantages of each solution as clearly as we can and we will tell you where you can get free debt advice and services, should you choose.
Our commitment to you
Understanding and coming to terms with your debt is one of the hardest parts of this process. It’s a long journey and not necessarily an easy one.
ClearDebt will give you the help you need to decide on the most appropriate route out of debt. We strive to be the best in our sector and to give you the support you need to succeed.
